  • In a phase two, we interviewed web customers and deep dived on business needs to arrive at a concise scope requirement that could be used for a structured RFQ process to choose a vendor for a new webshop

Outcome

  • Multimillion IT investment replaced by new offer templates in existing ERP system, decommissioning of one application, a structured clean-up of master data and process improvements
  • Detailed scope and vision document for new webshop that lays foundation for a digital transformation of sales
  • The organization could deliver implementation on both better data and new webpage with a light support model
